Municipal solid waste solutions

Turn mixed waste into
recoverable value.

Complete recovery solutions for mixed municipal solid waste. Bring material separation, plant engineering and operational support together around your waste, your site and your recovery goals.

The opportunity in your waste

Recover more.
Make every tonne count.

Connect material recovery with the practical priorities of running a waste processing facility.

01 / MATERIAL VALUE

Recover useful streams

Separate organics, plastics and other recoverable materials, with output quality shaped around the needs of the next processing step.

02 / OPERATING ECONOMICS

Build a stronger process

Plan throughput, energy, staffing, maintenance and material movements together. Evaluate the whole processing cost alongside recovered value.

03 / DISPOSAL

Reduce the residual burden

Recover suitable material before disposal and establish a clear route for what remains. Track recovery and residual quantities against the incoming waste.

From input to next use

One waste stream.
Several recovery pathways.

Configure the line around the incoming material and the quality each receiving process needs.

  1. 01 / UNDERSTAND

    Mixed municipal waste

Characterise composition, moisture, daily volume and seasonal variation.

  2. 02 / PREPARE

    Feed & prepare

Specify material handling and preparation for a consistent feed to the recovery line.

  3. 03 / RECOVER

    Separate for the next step

Integrate TrashBot recovery systems with the separation stages, controls and handling your project requires.

Organics

Recover the biodegradable fraction and assess contamination, moisture and receiving requirements.

TrashBot Bio

Plastics

Recover plastic-rich material and prepare it for a suitable downstream route.

Potential next useRecycling · Plastic roads · RDF

Metals

Specify dedicated metal separation and handling within the complete processing line.

Potential next useMetal recycling

Residuals

Measure the material remaining after recovery and define its appropriate handling route.

Built around your site

The right line.
In the right place.

Start with the available space, the incoming waste and the existing infrastructure.

  • New recovery facilities

Plan receiving, processing, recovered-material storage, vehicle access and residual handling as one facility.

  • Existing plants & retrofits

Review the current line, identify recovery opportunities and coordinate equipment interfaces and installation windows.

  • Waste-handling locations

Assess integration at suitable transfer or disposal sites, considering material movements, utilities, space and local requirements.

The technology within the solution

Recover with a purpose.

Choose the recovery focus, then connect the output to its next use.

TrashBot Bio / Organic recovery

Delivery & operation

Choose how we work together.

Match the delivery scope to your team, your facility and the responsibilities you want TrashCon to take on.

01 / EQUIPMENT

Supply the recovery system

Bring TrashBot technology into a new or existing processing line.

  • Equipment selection and configuration
  • Upstream and downstream interfaces
  • Commissioning and operator training scope
Discuss equipment supply
03 / OPERATION

Support the operating outcome

Define a facility operation or processing-service arrangement alongside the recovery solution.

  • Operating and staffing responsibilities
  • Maintenance, parts and performance review
  • Processing basis and reporting requirements
Discuss operation services

Start with the practical questions.

Can this work with mixed household waste?

Mixed municipal solid waste is the starting application. Composition, moisture, contaminants and seasonal variation guide the equipment configuration and recovery targets. A material assessment establishes the basis for your project.

Can we upgrade an existing facility?

Start with your current process, available space, utilities and the recovery bottleneck. The engineering review defines interfaces, installation access and shutdown requirements before a retrofit scope is agreed.

What happens to the recovered materials?

Output routes are selected around material quality and the receiving process. Organics may go to suitable biogas or composting processes; plastics and metals need appropriate downstream recovery routes. Residual material is accounted for separately.

How are capacity, cost and performance agreed?

Share your daily and peak volumes, waste composition, site information and intended outputs. The resulting process scope sets the basis for capacity, footprint, operating assumptions, commercial terms and measurable acceptance criteria.
